How do I clean my Lumoths products?
For Lumoths' pure silk products, only dry cleaning is recommended. The silks are 100% original and require delicate handling.
Will I pay for shipping on my orders?

Shipping is free for all domestic orders.
When will I receive my order approximately?

After your orders are entered into the system, they are carefully prepared and delivered to cargo as soon as possible. In case of any problems, the recipient will be informed via e-mail. Although delivery times of cargo companies may vary, delivery is generally provided within 1-5 business days. Please follow our social media accounts for announcements regarding delivery times during public holidays. Delivery processes may vary during holidays, both operationally and in terms of the relevant shipping companies.
Do I have the right to return or exchange my order?

You can return the product you purchased within 14 days from the delivery date without stating any reason.
To expedite the return process, we kindly request that you submit your request within the first 3 business days if possible.
The product to be returned or exchanged must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
How can I apply for a return or exchange?

You can submit your request, including your name, tracking number, and reason for the request, to info@lumoths.com . We will then get back to you.
How do I send the product and how do I get charged?

You must ship the product, unused and undamaged, in its original packaging/box to the address provided in the email you send for return or exchange, or to our office address. After the product reaches us in sound and unused condition, necessary checks will be performed, and the full payment will be refunded to you. In return or exchange requests, shipping costs and all extra expenses are the responsibility of the buyer.
