CANCELLATION AND REFUND PROCESS

Delivery Terms

We prioritize the security of you, our credit card holders, who shop on our e-commerce platform, and we make every effort to verify payment and billing information from the moment you place your order. Upon successful confirmation, your purchases will be delivered within 10 (ten) business days by our partner courier companies, in accordance with the store's shipping requirements.

Delivery is not made on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. Delivery is not made on Saturdays and Sundays.

Stock Issues

The majority of our retail stores operate with stock. However, with thousands of products available, stock issues can sometimes arise due to software issues. If an out-of-stock product is sold, the relevant store will promptly source the product and deliver your order within the specified timeframe. The order amount for an undelivered product will not be transferred to the retailer's account under any circumstances.

Address Information

To ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible, please provide your address information as clearly as possible. You can even include directions to your address if you have one. (Example: Third street after the post office.)

Incorrect or Incomplete Orders

Open the package you receive in the presence of the courier and check your order. If you notice any errors or omissions, please contact the seller or our e-commerce platform immediately.

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs may vary depending on the store. Some offer free shipping, while others charge a fee. You can find shipping information in the product details.

Return Conditions

The seller's return policies apply to the products you purchased. You can submit your return requests to the retailer or contact our e-commerce platform to complete your return.

If the products arrive at the retailer in compliance with the return terms, the refund will be processed within three days of the product's arrival at the store. The time it takes for the refund to be reflected in your account is at the discretion of your bank. Refunds made to credit cards will be reflected in your account within one to three weeks.

Return Period

In general, you can return the products you have purchased without damaging them, opening the package, using the activation number and preventing the product from being put back on sale, within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery, by exercising your right of withdrawal.

Return Procedure

Before returning the product to us, you must inform us of your return request by completing the product return form. After the seller sends you the return shipping confirmation, please complete the return form included with the package and return the product to the seller. You will be notified of the confirmation by phone or mail. If the products arrive at the relevant store in accordance with the return terms, the refund will be initiated.
